Naturally man had to first invent ways and arts of protection and thus the art of self-defense is considered to be the oldest of all. The Indian subcontinent contributed pioneer role in the introduction of systematic form of fighting arts. Later the arts traveled to the SHAOLIN TEMPLE of China, where it finally started to mature and enrich and then further differentiate to many names and styles by different masters all over the world.

We must remember in street danger there is no scope or second chance in combat situations. So if we deiced to learn we must learn the realistic method of Martial Art which can help in real life situations.
